We will help assess your eating patterns and lifestyle and make tips to lower your salt, saturated fat and sugar intake. We will help you plan small changes such as regular meals, getting ‘back to basics’ by planning weekly menus, cutting back portion sizes, cooking more at home, boosting your fruit and vegetables, and using more vegetable fats and nuts to improve your health.
