Eating a high quality diet rich in unprocessed foods such as MOH guidelines (adults), vegetarian or Mediterranean is important for good energy levels, health and wellbeing. However this is not always easy, as affordable processed food (high in energy, fat, sugar and salt) is so readily available, and our lives busier with less activity and sleep.

At Well Nourished we will help clarify the wider environmental influences on your food choices. We can help you set realistic goals around the quality of your diet and help you recognise internal hunger and satiety cues. We can introduce you to mindful eating, weight loss medications or gastric bypass surgery.
